Lately I love to make new things. If I see something I love I try to find a way to make it. Here are some of my latest projects.I have been sewing a lot lately too. As soon as I take some pics I will post those. I have been making nursing covers and baby car seat covers. I'm not the best but I love to try new things. Yes this is what I love to do now! Who would have thought.

This is a bad picture but these are the kids new bunk beds. They absolutely LoVe them! Jerzie tells me she is so tired and wants to go lay down. Anyone who knows my daughter knows she never wants to lay down. She is always doing something. I guess she loves her new bed.

I try to be crafty and make cute things for my house and kids. Sometimes I like them and others I don't. This is Jerzies name I made for her room. I think it turned out cute but I am always harder on myself then when other people make something. Jerzie likes it so that is all that matters. Thanks Liz for helping me cut out the vinyl!

These are called Tu-Tu Balls. I stole the idea from my sister in law Lori. They look so cute , and I think they add so much to Jerzie's room.

Right after I started making all these things for Jerzie's room, we decided to get bunk beds and have the two kids share a room. Easton's room is now the toy room. Easton never wanted to sleep in his own bed. He wanted to sleep with Jerzie in her Queen size bed. We decided bunk beds would be the best route for now. I was going to find some boy ideas for his room but since we combined the two I haven't done it yet. I do love both of my children, Eastons will be coming soon. As soon as I decided what to do!

My Jerzie Girl is already 5 years old. I can hardly believe it. We went in to the hospital at 7:00 am to be induced. After 12 hours of labor, I wasn't progressing at all. Jerzie's heart rate was dropping and she was showing signs of stress. My doctor decided to do a C-Section. I was so nervous for her. Thank goodness everything turned out great. She was a healthy, beautiful baby girl. She has added so much to our lives. We love her so much.

She is such a great big sister.

She never stops. She is ALWAYS running, dancing, climbing and having fun. She doesn't stop until she falls asleep.

She loves to play dress up, but this picture scares me. The way time flies, this day will be here before we know it.

It has been FOREVER since I have been apart of the blogging world. I have wanted to get on and catch up, but it has been hard to find the time. Here is a quick overview of what we have been up to. I hope everyone is well and I look forward to catching up!

Jerzie has been taking dance and she loves it. She has the best memory. She remembers every move and always practices at home. She is a natural performer. She enjoys the entire experience, from putting her make-up on and getting her hair curled. She had a great support team there to watch her. Her uncles and daddy were there to yell her name when she went on the stage. She got the biggest smile on her face and she waved to them. She looks so darn cute in her costume, even though it looks like the hair bows could swollow the girls heads!

For her field trip we went to Thanksgiving Point and explored. She was thrilled when they said they all got a turn to ride the pony's. Shocking that Jerzie somehow got two rides. She snuck back in line for the second group. She isn't dumb.

Now this isn't a face we see too often. She is not a drama queen.

When she performed at Festival of Trees she wanted to pose by this tree. Compare the lower picture of Easton. He wanted to do the same pose as his sister but he couldn't get the arm right. Instead of leaning on his hand he put it up on top of his head. It was so funny because he wants to be just like his big sissy.

He was so proud of himself. I love it!

Easton snuck into the frosting when we weren't looking his face and hands were covered in it. He was also helping his younger cousin to get some too. Doesn't he look inocent?

Easton love to play with tools. This type of "dress up" is okay for his father to handle. He is growing up so fast. He talks like crazy, has his distinct personality and loves to cuddle with mommy (which I will take ANY time.)

He loves to put on his daddy's ties and shoes. Easton is now potty trained. It took us awhile for him to want to do it, but once he was ready he picked it up so fast. Within one week he was doing so well. For the first time in 4 years I am out of diapers.

When Jerzie came off the stage Easton gave her the biggest hug and said "Good job Sis!"

For the most part they get a long so well. Lately they seem to be best friends or fight like crazy. There is no middle ground anymore.

Jake and I are pretty much up to the same old routine. Taking care of kids, work, and trying to make time to sit down and be together. I realized I hardly ever put pics up of the two of us. Unfortunatly I didn't find one of the two of us together so this is all I had. These are pictures that Jerzie took. She loves to use the camera.

Way FUN!!! My Bestest Friend Liz and I were able to go to the Carrie Underwood concert last night. A big thanks to Heather and KBULL93. When we first got there, we had some people in our seats. They acted like we were in the wrong spot. It was so uncomfortable because we kept waiting for the people to come down and kick us out of their seats. When Little Big Town was done performing we asked them to please move so we could have our seats, as well as two more friends that were there. These random people asked us how many seats we needed as if they weren't assigned. It took forever to get them to move. Their seats weren't even close to ours. It was so funny.

She is just as darling as you would expect her to be.

She is the best singer I have seen in concert. Some artists sound great on the radio but not so good in concert. She sounds exactly how she does on her album. I know that is what she did on American Idol but she is great.

Girls night out. It was so much fun. We danced, belted out the songs, and had a fabulous time.

Here are some more pictures from our Disney World trip. We were there during their Halloween festivities, I would recommend it for anyone that can go. It was so much fun.

Jerzie was Belle for Halloween and this was her princess makeup.
Easton was Scooby Doo. Everyone loved his costume. He got a kiss from Snow White and was so proud of his lipstick mark on his cheek. He still says that Snow White is his girlfriend!

My mom and I buried the kids in the sand. It was so funny. Easton would not let us put his arms under the sand. We figured we better hurry and take the picture before the girls got restless too. They thought this was really fun.

The highlights of my life. They love each other so much, and of course with that love comes many fights. I'm grateful for sweet moments like this when I am reminded of how sweet they are. That is what gets us through the crazy times.

I know I have been M.I.A. but here is a good post! We just got back from Florida and here are the first bunch of pictures. We stayed in Orlando but also went to Miami, Everglades, and Daytona. There are a lot of pictures so I hope you don't get bored! We had a great time, it was so much fun! I will post the rest in a few days.

I know I haven't posted FOREVER!! I am so "nicely" reminded of that everyday. So I finally made it on here to try and catch up. Jerzie started preschool again. It is her second year and she loves it. She is reading so well for her age. Jake and I are so proud of how hard she is working, and the love she has for learning. Her teachers are wonderful, we absolutely love them.While she is learning new things at school, Easton becomes her student as soon as she gets home. He looks up to her so much and she has no problem playing mom to him.

It takes 5 minutes for these two to say goodbye everyday. There are many kisses, hugs, "I love you-s" and the final "I will miss you" before she actually makes it into class.

We went to the "Guns and Hoses" soccer game to watch my two brothers play. It's were police and firefighters from all over get together and play against eachother. It was weird to cheer "GO GUNS!" It was at late at night but the kids had so much fun. Our whole family was there to cheer them on. It was a great time.

I have been away from the blog world for awhile. As all of you know summer is so busy and filled with many children activities. Most things we have done have just been little things here and there. Since I am very into kiddie things I decided to blog about the cutest things in my life right now..... My kids!!!! I know it's silly but I just wanted to share a few pictures of the fun moments that happen in our lives.

Jerzie loves the water. She is our little fish! She is so proud of herself for swimming underwater all by herself.

Easton also is a waterbug. He has slowly become used to the water. Saturday he jumped in the pool without his floaties. It was my first time jumping in with my clothes on. Even though I was right there and it was only a second, my heart sank. As soon as he got out he wanted to jump back in. Jake doesn't approve of the pink floaties, but it is all I had!!

My handsome little guy. I just love when he is all dressed up, he looks so big.

Jerzie is so camera shy! She loves to get dressed up and dance around.

This is my kids playing dress up. Jerzie is the bride and Easton is the groom. I love their imagination. Jerzie even held a flower in a vase as her bouquet! It was so cute.

So today I feel like the meanest mommy in the world! Jerzie has wanted her ears pierced for a long time now. Today we finally took her in to get them done. She was so excited and could hardly wait for us to get there. She did great while we filled out the paper work, and when they cleaned and marked her ears. We had asked for two people to do both ears at one time. We had a feeling that if we did one at a time, we would end up with a child with one ear done while refusing to get the second. As soon as they started to get close to her ears she freaked out and started screaming while she had a death grip on her ears. We tried to calm her down, as people started to gather and stare. Having people watch you hold your child down while screaming isn't the greatest. We definitely felt like parents of the year. After what felt like forever (but was really only a couple minutes) we made the executive decision to go ahead and hold her head and just do it. As soon as they were done, she was fine. She couldn't have been prouder showing her new earrings to anyone who would look at them.

Easton was obviously very concerned for his big sister.
All is well again. She is so happy she got her ears pierced. Now she is a big girl!

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY HONEY!!!
Today is our 5th Anniversary. I love Jake so much. I know we fight, and disagree but I wouldn't want to do those things with anyone else!!! I love him so much, and I look forward to all the anniversaries to come.

I was able to be a guest host on "Good Things Utah" June 6, 2008. It was so much fun. I was so nervous that when I went to put my make-up on my hands were shaking. We recorded it on DVR so Jake could watch it since he had to work. When Jerzie saw her picture on TV she thought it was the greatest thing ever. I was lucky to have so many family and friends come up there with me to help calm my nerves. They took up most of the audience. Thanks to everyone for your support!
